John Williams III inducted into Marion Harding HOF

Minerva Head Cross Country Coach John Williams III was recently inducted into the Marion Harding High School Athletic Hall of Fame.

Williams graduated from Harding in 1975.

He earned All-Ohio honors in cross country, and was selected to the All-Buckeye Conference twice. He set the school record for the two-mile with a time of 9:53.

He served as the track team captain his junior and senior seasons, and set three records during his high-school career.

Williams was presented by his son, John Williams IV.
